As a result of your post, I will recommend replacement of the warranty link. It does take a number of clicks to get to Current Warranty. I must agree that I would make this link more prominent than having in under Buying Options. Getting information about your currenty warranty is embedded in the Sales Column under Buying Options. You can obtain order history at Sales under Buying Options which also has other interesting and useful links. You can go to the Order Information or Sales columns for order status. What was in unit when ordered?/Ship Date (Order Information).

The dell link is simply and when you look for drivers, you put in your express service tag and are awarded with complete machine details including already drilled down driver list, plus system details like ship date, warranty info and current/original system config including part numbers in case you need to order anything.
